Terms of Service

About these terms
Loop is a platform that helps creators turn what they know, what they create and the audience they have into income through memberships and bundles. Loop is operated by Yulo Labs LLC (“Loop”, “we”, “us”).
These terms apply to everyone who uses Loop: creators, members and visitors. By creating an account or using Loop, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Loop is in beta
Loop is currently in beta. Features may change, be added or be removed, and you may run into bugs. We'll tell you before changes that affect what you pay or what you've promised your members.
During the beta, creator accounts are by invitation. Join the waitlist and we'll email you if you're a good fit. Referral links don't skip the waitlist.
Beta feedback you share with us helps shape Loop. We may use it to improve the product without owing you anything for it.
Who can use Loop
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- During the beta, only creators based in Nigeria can create a creator account. Anyone can join Loop as a member, and people elsewhere can tell us they'd like creator accounts in their region.
- You can sign up with Google or with an email address and password. If you use email, you'll need to verify it.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
Your email address is how we identify your account, so it can't be changed once the account is created.
For creators
Publishing. Before your profile goes live, you need to complete your profile, create at least one membership, connect a payout account and verify your identity. If we can't verify you and you can't try again, our team will contact you to help.
Your promises. The benefits you list on a membership are commitments to your members. You're responsible for delivering them at the frequency you set. For weekly benefits, you choose the days you'll post; members see those days, and your Weekly Reports show any you've missed.
Your content. You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give Loop a licence to host, store, display and deliver it to the people you've chosen, and to show your public profile, for as long as it's on Loop. Only upload content you have the rights to share.
Connected platforms. When you connect Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or LinkedIn, you share a link to your profile and Loop only reads what's public on it. See the Trust Center for what each connection can see. Only connect profiles that are yours. To confirm one, add the short code we give you to its bio. If we can't confirm a profile is yours, we may contact you and hide your Loop profile until it's resolved.
Ree, your AI business partner
Ree drafts profiles, membership tiers, benefits and prices, and writes Weekly Reports based on the information available to Loop. Ree recommends; you decide. Review everything Ree drafts before you publish it.
Ree can be wrong. Its suggestions, including prices and forecasts, aren't financial, legal or tax advice, and we don't guarantee any result from following them.
Plans, fees and billing
Creators can use Loop on the Free plan or on Loop Pro. Pro is billed monthly or quarterly and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel in Settings; Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Loop takes a fee on every membership payment and bundle sale. Local sales, which members pay in naira, cost 4% + ₦50 on Free and 3.8% + ₦50 on Pro. International sales, where a member outside Nigeria pays your US dollar price, cost 7.5% on any plan. Fees come out of your earnings, so members pay the price you set. They include payment processing, which Loop pays. The earnings you see on Loop are net of these fees.
The Free plan includes one membership tier, one bundle and 500 MB of storage. Prices in US dollars for members outside Nigeria are part of Pro.
US dollar prices. Members outside Nigeria see your US dollar price and pay the naira equivalent at checkout, at that day's exchange rate. You're always paid in naira, for every price. Their bank may convert the charge to their own currency, so their statement can differ slightly.
Referral rewards. Every five creators you refer who publish their first membership earn you one month of Pro. We may remove rewards earned through referrals that break these terms; a free month that has already started still runs to its end.
Campaign offers. Signing up through a Loop campaign link while the campaign runs gives you 50% off your first month of Pro, or the same amount off your first quarterly payment.
For members
- Memberships renew automatically at the billing frequency you chose until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and no further payments are taken.
- If a payment fails, we retry it for two days. If it still doesn't go through, your membership pauses: new content is on hold until you pay, but it isn't cancelled. You can also cancel a paused membership, which ends your access straight away.
- If a creator can no longer take members on Loop, your membership won't renew. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- There are no prorated or cancellation refunds on memberships.
- To switch tiers, cancel your current membership and join the tier you want.
- Bundles are one-off purchases. Access is permanent, and purchases are final and non-refundable. Bundles can't be resold or transferred.
- You can comment on posts where the creator allows it and delete your own comments. Creators can delete any comment on their posts.
- Creators are responsible for what they offer. If something isn't delivered as promised, or a post or creator breaks these terms, report it in Loop or contact us.
Payouts
Payouts go out every other Friday, for everything you earned in the two weeks before, through our payment provider. Then the cycle repeats. All earnings, including sales at your US dollar prices, are paid in naira to your Nigerian bank account.
We may hold a payout while we complete identity checks, investigate a failed or disputed payment, or look into a breach of these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use Loop to:
- share illegal, hateful or sexually exploitative content, or content that harms minors;
- harass, threaten or mislead members or other creators;
- upload content that infringes someone else's rights;
- take payments outside Loop for memberships or bundles sold on Loop;
- scrape, copy or resell other people's content, or interfere with how Loop works.
Reports and moderation
Members can report a post or a creator. We review every report, and the person who reported it hears from us once we've acted. Depending on what we find, we may:
- hide a post from members. It stays in the creator's Library, and we tell them why;
- pause a creator's new sales while we investigate. Their members, renewals and payouts carry on;
- hide a creator's profile while we resolve an issue with their connected profiles. Nobody new can find or join them, but their members, renewals and payouts carry on;
- restrict an account. A restricted creator is removed from Explore and can't take new members, renew memberships or create tiers, but must keep delivering to current members until their last paid period ends;
- suspend the account once that period has ended.
We tell creators about each decision by email and in Loop. You can appeal by emailing support@loop.example.
Closing an account
You can delete your account in Settings. Creators can't delete their account while they have active paying members, so members aren't cut off unexpectedly.
We may restrict, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts members, creators or Loop at risk, as described under Reports and moderation.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Loop running well, but during the beta it's provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors.
As far as the law allows, Yulo Labs LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid Loop in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We'll update these terms as Loop grows and tell you about important changes before they take effect. Questions? Email support@loop.example.
