Our most frequently asked questions
A membership is a monthly or quarterly plan your audience joins for what you share regularly, like live sessions, videos, posts and resources. You decide what each tier includes, frequency of membership perks, and what it costs.
A bundle is a one-off pack you sell to your audience. You can have videos, ebooks, and other downloadable resources in a bundle.
Loop is free to start! The free plan includes one membership tier and one bundle, but limited access to AI features, and limited storage.
On Loop Pro, you can show members outside Nigeria a price in US dollars, alongside your naira prices. They pay the naira equivalent at that day's exchange rate, and you're always paid in naira.
Every other Friday, we send everything you earned in the two weeks before, after fees, to your Nigerian bank account. Payouts are securely processed through Paystack.
